Owned the design-system primitives library (buttons, inputs, layout, motion) used by 14 surfaces and 30+ designers, wrote the contribution model and onboarded three new contributors.

Ran a six-week qualitative study with 22 power users to understand how long agent traces should be summarized; findings shipped as two new UI patterns now used across the chat surface.

Mentored two product designers from L4 to L5 and one design engineer through their first year, both designers shipped lead-IC work within nine months.
